I’m a right-brain/left-brain thinker who brings equal parts strategy, structure, creativity, and curiosity to everything I do. Over the past 25+ years, I’ve built a career around solving complex problems, bringing ideas to life, and helping teams collaborate in ways that spark innovation and move meaningful work forward.

Outside of work, I’m an amateur photographer, violinist, baker, maker, traveler, and proud mom to my son, Dylan. I’m happiest when I’m listening to my favorite bands, exploring new places, experimenting in the kitchen, volunteering, speaking at conferences, or dreaming up something fabulous with colleagues, friends, and family.
